Chelsea Warren is the President of Structural Recruiting, LLC, with a deep understanding of construction trends and challenges. Chelsea leads a team dedicated to connecting top talent with the best opportunities in the market. She has a strong background in business development, recruiting, and negotiations, which she leverages to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
Before founding Structural Recruiting in May 2015, Chelsea gained valuable experience in the public health sector, working with the American Cancer Society and the Virginia Department of Health. She later transitioned into executive recruiting at SR Clarke, where she honed her skills in matching candidates with career-enhancing opportunities. Chelsea holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Old Dominion University, where she was actively involved in the Alpha Xi Delta society and earned her CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist).
Laura Brooks

Laura Brooks is a seasoned Recruiter at Structural Recruiting, LLC, where she has been making an impact since August 2018. With over 6 years of experience in this role, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the construction recruitment industry.
Before joining Structural Recruiting, LLC, Laura held various management and HR positions in the retail sector, including roles at Vineyard Vines, ANN INC, and Ralph Lauren. Additionally, she was the owner of Twice as Nice Consignment Boutique. Laura attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where she studied from 1993 to 1998. Based in Williamsburg, Virginia, Laura is a key player in the recruitment team.
Tammy Mccracken

Tammy McCracken is a Recruiter at Structural Recruiting, LLC, bringing a wealth of experience in various roles. She has served as a Talent Coordinator at Harrington Industrial Plastics since January 2023, where she managed data entry, employee file maintenance, and tracking tasks remotely. Before that, Tammy was an Enrollment Specialist at Creative Critters Learning Centers, overseeing rosters, waitlists, and company orders while ensuring compliance with state training requirements.
With over 17 years of teaching experience, Tammy taught middle school math and science in New Kent County and Newport News Public Schools. Earlier in her career, she held roles in office management and customer service, including managing office operations and handling customer interactions in the construction industry and at a five-star golf resort.
Tammy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Christopher Newport University and a Virginia Department of Education Teaching License.
Christopher Chodora

Christopher Chodora is an experienced sales professional with over 20 years of expertise in the technology industry. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, he has a proven track record in management, sales, market penetration, and territory development. Christopher specializes in consultative selling and relationship building. He is skilled in strategic planning, team development, creative problem-solving, and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts involving hardware, software, cloud, security, and managed services.
He currently serves as a Client Manager for Structural Recruiting, focusing on working with organizations to fulfill their recruiting needs in all facets of the construction industry. He previously worked at companies like Abnormal Security, Riverbed Technology, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Dell EMC, where he consistently exceeded sales quotas and developed strong C-Level relationships.
Christopher is also actively involved in cybersecurity as an Advisory Board Member for CyberSC, a platform supporting the South Carolina Cyber Foundation and the South Carolina Cyber Association. He holds an Applied Science degree from SUNY Erie in Williamsville, NY.
