We know that targeted and specific sourcing is necessary to find the perfect candidate for your business. We work with our clients to really drill down what specific experience this new hire will need to be successful. We carefully make a list of not only job duties but client culture and atmosphere.


Candidate Vetting
As we target candidates that meet your specific criteria, we ensure that we ask all the right questions. We pride ourselves in finding candidates that will become productive long-term employees. As part of the vetting process we first conduct a full interview. This two-way dialogue is used to find out more details about job specifics, background information, salary desires, past discrepancies (if any), certifications and licensure. We also can ask questions that are specifically provided by the client.
Choosing a Candidate
OK. You are interested in the candidate!! What next? Don’t worry. All you have to do is give us specific interview times and we will take care of the rest! We call the candidate, confirm the interview, create a calendar event for all parties and provide any other pertinent pre-interview information needed. The process is also the same if you are calling for a 2nd interview.
Presenting a Candidate
Once we find candidates that meet the criteria for your company, we present them via email. The best person to receive this email would be the hiring manager. The email will have all relevant contact information, resume and project list (if available). There will also be bullet points highlighting past work experience, projects and salary desire. This information comes from the interview conducted with the candidate as well as pertinent information from a resume. It allows the hiring manager to get a glimpse of the overall candidate without having to dig through several documents.
References
The interview goes great and you are considering an offer. We will then conduct the reference checks. This will include calling 3-5 professional references to verify they are who they say they are and have done the work mentioned. We have a standard pre-set 10 question survey but are willing to use any questions you want asked. You also have the option of conducting your own references or a combination of both.

Making an Offer
Interview went well and you want to make an offer. Put together an offer and send it over. We will do the rest. We can present the offer to the candidate, walk through it with them, go over benefits offered, discuss negotiations, if needed and get pertinent documents signed. You also have the option of presenting the offer to the candidate directly.
Oboarding
We can also assist with the onboarding process by scheduling drug testing (your facility), sending and collecting preliminary documentation such as background search permission forms etc.
